ADOPTION PENDING

Dakota is a sociable and affectionate girl with a lively spirit. She adores people of all ages, especially kids, and is always ready to curl into your lap for a cuddle.  She is friendly and playful with other dogs and curious about the resident cats but respects their space. In her foster home Dakota has received excellent grades on housetraining and continues to work on manners, like learning not to jump up on tables or chairs, and has proven to be a quick learner. Dakota loves her food as most beagles do but exhibits no food aggression. She enjoys chewing on toys and treats and recently had a full dental cleaning which included the removal of a few troublesome teeth, so she can now chomp away pain-free!  Dakota is a pint-sized lovebug who would thrive in a home where she can be a cherished family member and would do equally well as an only dog or as part of a pack. She is heartworm negative and ready to go on sleepover.
